Mmoja wa madaktari hao ambaye aliomba jina lake lisitajwe alisema waligundua tatizo hilo baada ya kumfanyia uchunguzi huo kwa zaidi ya saa mbili.
“Tulianza kuufanyia uchunguzi mwili wa marehemu kuanzia saa 4:00 asubuhi hadi saa 6:45 mchana na tukagundua kuwa marehemu alifariki kutokana na mtikisiko wa ubongo kwa kitaalamu, Brain Concussion,” alisema daktari huyo. Alisema Kanumba alipata mtikisiko wa ubongo ambao husababisha kufeli kwa mfumo wa upumuaji (cardio-respiratory failure) “Kilichomuua hasa ni mtikisiko wa ubongo, ambao endapo unatokea katika sehemu ya nyuma ya ubongo (cerebrum), huua kwa haraka” alisema daktari huyo na kuongeza kuwa mtikisiko wa ubongo wa nyuma, husababisha matatizo ya mfumo wa upumuaji na hilo limeonekana katika mwili wake.
“Baada ya ubongo wake kutikiswa kwa nguvu, mfumo wa upumuaji ulifeli na ndiyo maana tumekuta kucha za Kanumba zikiwa na rangi ya bluu, huku mapafu yake yakiwa yamevilia damu na kubadilika kuwa kama maini, hizo ndizo dalili za kufeli kwa mfumo wa upumuaji.”

Vyombo vingi vya habari vilimnukuu ndugu wa Kanumba, Sethi jana akisema kwamba Lulu alimsukuma mwigizaji mwenzake huyo katika ugomvi wao wa wivu wa kimapenzi hadi akaanguka na kufariki dunia. Akizungumza kutokana na maelezo ya Lulu, Kamanda huyo alisema kwamba; ugomvi wao ulitokana na Kanumba kutaka kumdhibiti Lulu wakati akizungumza na simu. “Kanumba aliamua kumfuata Lulu nje huku akifoka kwa sauti, akitaka aelezwe kwa nini alitoka nje kupokea simu, huku akimtuhumu kuwa huenda alikuwa akizungumza na mwanaume mwingine. T.I. Transferred from Halfway House to Undisclosed Location

Only a day after being released from a federal prison, T.I. has hit another snag. The Southern rapper is back in federal custody after being removed from a halfway house.Steve Sadow, Tip’s lawyer, tells The Associated Press that prison officials objected to his client’s use of a tour bus to move from the Federal Correctional Center in Forrest City, Arkansas, to a halfway house in Atlanta. “[The Federal Bureau of Prisons] has moved T.I. to a different facility,” Sadow explained. “There appears to be confusion surrounding the method of transportation.” T.I. had arranged his own travel between the two locations, arriving in a luxury tour bus with his entourage. The U.S. Bureau of Prisons’ website listed the rapper as being “in transit” as of Thursday evening. His location was not disclosed. The 30-year-old MC was released from an Arkansas facility on Wednesday morning, 10 months after he began serving a sentence for a parole violation from a gun conviction. The remainder of his 11-month sentence is to be carried out in a community service center or halfway house in Atlanta. Upon his release, he immediately began filming a new reality TV show for VH1 documenting his return. The 10-episode series is scheduled to start airing December 5 at 10 p.m.

Hustler Claims to Have Rihanna-J. Cole Sex Tape [Update]

Rihanna and J. Cole got intimate with fans across the country on this year’s “LOUD” tour, but did they have their own relationship offstage? Porn company Hustler is claiming that they are in possession of a sex tape with the two stars.The adult film company tells RadarOnline.com that there is an “intimate video” of the two in their possession. “Hustler is in possession of the Rihanna and J. Cole tape,” said a rep for Hustler. “We have seen it and we do not know what we are going to do with it yet.”

Despite Hustler’s claim, a source close to Rihanna denies that such a tape exists. “Rihanna is surprised because there is no sex tape,” the source tells the website.

In addition to touring together, Rihanna recently joined her fellow Roc Nation artist on set of his video for “Can’t Get Enough” in Barbados.
